Bird (2003)

The three colors and white were achieved by printing with the same linoleum plate multiple times, carving away more and more of the plate in order to preserve previous layers untouched. The objective of the task was to create a chiascuro linoelum print. I used this method several years later in the creation of the Forest Triptych
