Self-Portrait (2003)
This is one of my favorite prints from this series of efforts. The color is silkscreen printed and the black & white are a monoprint on a plastic plate. The white swirls in the black on the right are drawn with the butt end of a paintbrush, scraping into the ink on the plastic plate.
The theme of the class was self-portraits. This print displays how I was feeling at the time of its creation - sick with a flu.
