Stone Thing (10.2006)
File this one under Unfinished as well. This is a photomanipulation and a photoshop drawing, as the background is a composite of two photographs I took walking in the forest. One of the images is the mossy rock and the other is cracked ice. This thing was to be an attempt at something like the "Spriggan", where I draw something into a real environment and try to make it look realistic there. As you can see, the attempt was never completed, and though I vowed to finish it one day it has lain undisturbed so long as to merit an upload in its unfinished state instead. Texturing and finding the right sort of colors were important here...
